Deeds Not Words
Immigration (Canada)
We specialize in supporting prospective Business Immigrants to Canada under the Provincial Nomination Program for Entrepreneurs. Apart from the Federal Entrepreneurial program, we support similar programs in the Provinces of Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Quebec.
Please click on the following external links for the particulars of each program
- Federal Program - Entrepreneurial Immigrants
- Provincial Nomination Programs
Saskatchewan (SINP - Entrepreneurs)
British Columbia (Regional Business Category Only)
New Brunswick (Business Plan Applicant)
Quebec (Quebec Entrepreneurs Program)
Issues for Consideration: Every program has its own unique challenges and may not be suitable for all applicants.
Federal Program
- Strict evaluation of "unencumbered capital" + "legally obtained assets"
- Slowest processing time when compared to other similar categories put forth by the various Provinces.
Saskatchewan (Our Recommended Choice !! )
- Fastest in its category. Since August of 2008, special "fast-track" consideration are given to entrepreneurs who'd join the Province in developing its hospitality industry.
British Columbia (Our Best of Class Choice !! )
- This is a relatively expensive program. We would advise clients that once they have achieved PR status, they are often free to relocate anywhere in Canada. Despite this, for many clients, the cache of Vancouver remains a strong selling point.
New Brunswick
- Most affordable program, however, the Province has a very strict residential policy. A good choice for those that sincerely loves to stay in New Brunswick, an arguably beautiful destination.
Quebec
- To truly appreciate the Province, learning French is quite useful. For some clients, this represents an occasion to rise to the challenge. For others, they simply can't be bothered. A excellent choice if a client doesn't mind living in an immersive dual-language environment.
Why Immigrate Under The Entrepreneurial Category?
It all comes down to options. Immigrating to another country is a big decision. Having more options is always preferred to having less or no options.
An entrepreneur inherits the following options:
- The ability to return back to their native country to work as a Canadian without violating residential requirements imposed by the Provinces.
- The ability to extend the Permanent Resident Card for at least one additional cycle (each cycle is good for 5 years), which means you have some flexibility when it comes to declaring Citizenship.
- Less stringent approval process. (For some, proving the legitimacy of assets up to Immigrant Canada's standard could be a hassle. In fact, it could be problematic.)
- Language requirements are relatively relaxed or not required.
- It is relatively affordable upfront AND the Canadian entity can be sold back to us for a nice hefty profit. In fact, an engagement with us to assists you in the immigration process has only one outcome. You will succeed in getting your Permanent Resident Card AND make significant amount of money on a traditionally costly process.
Why not the Investor Program?
Agents like to push the investor program because they get a nice rebate (sometimes up to C$40,000 per client) for their efforts. They don't care if there are cheaper or better ways to immigrate. Their job is to sell you and land the biggest profit for themselves in the shortest possible time frame.
We are different. We "tailor-make" your application and help you navigate the immigration process according to your needs. No two applicants are alike. You can read about the tailoring aspect of this business in our "Case Studies" Section.
There is nothing inherently wrong with the Investor Program (either the Federal or Provincial variations) but our experience is that even for those that exceeds the stated net-worth requirement (and it is a hugely significant monetary requirement), the passing rate is only about 60%. Those same clients would have no problem should they apply instead as Entrepreneurs. It isn't done (until now) previously simply because there was no existing support system.
Well, now the support system is in place. Through Kedalion Partners, all the worries & limitations of a "Failed Investor Immigrant" are now fully resolved.
