Pricing (Immigration - Canada, Australia & United States)

Because our service is highly customizable, there is no fixed pricing. Nor do we charge by the hour. It's not efficient since what we do is only possible with the cooperation of a wide range of people, each with varying "tiers" of pricing & reimbursement policies.

 

Thus, the preferred way is for us to first understand what you need. Then, we will give you a quote. If you find the quote acceptable, we sign a contract, deposits (if necessary) are paid and confirmed. Work begins.

 

For immigration clients, questions of pricing are best served by the following:

 

  1. Send an e-mail to Customer@kedalion.net describing your situation and more importantly, what problems/issues do you have? Being specific about what you want / need is tremendously helpful. This is the fastest route to getting your pricing questions answered.
  2. Contact one of the local business developer in your region, again, the best way is still via e-mail.
  3. Send an e-mail to one of our service providers.

Managed Account Revenue-Share Arrangements

There are three revenue-share arrangements that serves three different sets of requirement.

 

  • If the client desires capital-matching from Kedalion Partners Inc., we will then share 50% of all revenues. Likewise, losses are divided into two equal parts. (For Client Seeking Stable Capital)

 

  • If the client do not require capital-matching from Kedalion Partners Inc., we will then share 20% of all revenues above the 7% high-water mark. (For Client Seeking Net Revenue Growth)

 

  • If the client requires collateral for capital in the managed account, we provide 80% collateral and in this case, no capital-matching from Kedalion Partners Inc. is possible. We will share 50% of all revenues exceeding the 6% high-water mark. ( For Client Seeking Extremely Safe Capital Growth)

 

Caveats

 

  • We are not responsible for foreign currency exposures of capital held within the brokerage account. Being a premier broker, IG Markets offer clients a wide variety of base-currencies that can be held and traded within the account. However, it is the sole responsibility and domain of the client to make this decision.

 

  • We are not responsible for incurred losses due to a liquidity event on the part of investment club members.

 

  • We are not responsible for the integrity of the chosen representative of the investment club.

We arrange financings, develop sales channels, manage foreign currency exposures for the import/export industry. In essence, we do whatever is necessary to create a desired outcome. Relevant to your particular project, you can always ask for references. That's basic. We take the due diligence one step further by structuring deals on a pay-as-you-go basis. We provide you with the service, then we get paid. This limits us to certain kinds of project but that is the way we like it.

 

Some situations require a "good faith deposit", and if that is the case, we have legal staff across the globe that can put together escrow arrangements to satisfy all such requirements. 

How do I trust your expertise?

All work are done by experts in their respective fields. That means, if your project requires legal work, an actual law firm will be the ones that do your work. If the work requires licenses (securities license or otherwise), it will be handled only be professionals with the appropriate credentials.
